These are possible in all sorts of configurations and combinations:

• Regular cooking classes at EVA (Ethical Vegetarian Alternative, Ghent) or the OWC (East West Centre, Antwerp). Usually as demo, sometimes as hands-on.

• Cooking class at home: you bring in people, I do the rest.

• Private cooking class: tailored to your knowledge and needs.

• Workshop in schools and companies; depending on the available space and time, u can choose between demo, hands-on class, lecture or a combination.

• Lecture: on vegetarian food, with Power Point presentation of EVA.
