In the comfort of your own house and kitchen, you can enjoy individually designed classes.
Or, you are too busy and want to leave the cooking entirely to me, so you still can enjoy healthy, tasty and whole meals.
Here are a number of possibilities:
- Hands-on class in group: either organized together, or you invite people yourself. Depending on the available space and appliances, you are 4 to 6 people. In advance we look at what you would like to learn.
- Cooking class at home: I demonstrate and explain, you and your invitees (family, friends, colleagues) watch and taste.
- Private class: completely tailored to your wishes, you will do a lot of cooking. Beforehand, we see what are your wishes and knowledge. If needed, the first class is a tour in your local health food store.
- Private cooking: I come to your house to cook for you. A half or full day, depending on the number of dishes you want to see in your fridge or freezer. Including clear instructions, so you can enjoy the food fully later on.
Special dietary wishes as wheat and gluten free, sugar free, and soy allergy for instance, are no problem at all. Before cooking, we always talk about what is possible and preferred.
